Yes. It is must to acclimatize or season the wood floors to the environment the place of floor installation.
Q2. Is it possible to re-coat the wood floors so that expensive floor sanding can be avoided?
Yes. If wood floors have only surface scratches and have become dull over the time, we can restore the shine and elegance of the original floor. However, you need to get your wood floors cleaned with the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning products developed for factory-finished floors.
Q3. What warranty does JU Flooring provide?
JU Flooring provides a full ten (10) year written guarantee, which covers both workmanship and materials (a minimum of 7 years workmanship warranty is required by the Home Building Act 1989 – Sect 18E).
Q4. Who will be providing the actual services at our property?
JU Flooring does not engage any subcontractors for this purpose. All services will be provided by a qualified employee of JU Flooring.
